Forum Karlín was created by the reconstruction and completion of originally industrial premises in 2012 (building KH1) and 2015 (KH2). Renowned architect Ricardo Bofill, the author of the design, continued the original use of the historic building, which housed a steam turbine factory, and created a modern space used primarily for administrative purposes.

Within the building there are several relaxation terraces intended exclusively for tenants.
